🧬 Beta · Free · Built for longevity

We built the dashboard we
wished we had.

Most people in their 40s are aging faster than their calendar age suggests. Most of them have no idea. Eumaia exists to change that.

The story behind Eumaia

The longevity science available today is extraordinary — PhenoAge, epigenetic clocks, biomarker-driven interventions, Zone 2 protocols, peptide stacks. The researchers behind it (Sinclair, Levine, Huberman, Asprey, San Millán) have published their work. The data is there.

But it's scattered across podcasts, papers, YouTube deep-dives, and expensive clinics. To actually use it, you need to synthesise hundreds of hours of content, understand which biomarkers matter, and figure out which interventions apply to your specific biology.

That's the gap Eumaia fills. We take Morgan Levine's PhenoAge algorithm (the most validated biological age calculator in the world), combine it with a digital twin simulator, an AI advisor trained on the top 20+ longevity researchers, and a protocol library mapped to your specific biomarker profile.

The result: a platform that tells you your real biological age, shows you exactly what's driving it, and gives you the research-backed protocol to change it.

How Eumaia works

Measure

Know your real biological age using the PhenoAge algorithm — the same framework used in clinical longevity research. Not a quiz. Not an estimate. Science.

Simulate

Model the impact of every protocol before you try it. Change one variable — sleep, glucose, CRP, VO2 max — and see exactly how many years it adds or removes.

Optimise

Get personalised protocols synthesised from the world's top longevity researchers — mapped directly to your biomarker gaps, not generic health advice.

Track

Monitor your biological age month over month. Know whether your interventions are actually working — measured in years, not feelings.

The science

Eumaia's biological age engine is built directly on the PhenoAge algorithm developed by Dr. Morgan Levine at Yale University (2018) and validated on over 11,000 participants from the NHANES dataset. It uses 9 blood biomarkers — albumin, creatinine, glucose, CRP, lymphocyte percentage, MCV, RDW, ALP, and WBC — to calculate a mortality-weighted biological age score more predictive of health outcomes than chronological age alone.

The Simulator extends PhenoAge with adjustments for VO2 max (Iñigo San Millán's longevity metric), sleep quality (Walker / Huberman protocols), homocysteine (Gary Brecka's signature marker), HbA1c, and lifestyle factors — giving you a full-picture biological age with modifiable levers you can actually act on.

All content on Eumaia is synthesised from publicly available research and published expert protocols. We are an educational platform — not a clinical service. Always work with your healthcare provider.
