Personal Longevity Intelligence
Your chronological age is just a number. Eumaia tracks how your biology actually responds to interventions — so your plan gets sharper every time you retest.
Built on the peer-reviewed PhenoAge framework (Levine et al., Yale, 2018), validated on 11,000+ participants. See our full methodology →

How Eumaia works
01
Enter your labs, or take the 60-second estimate with no blood work. We calculate your biological age with the peer-reviewed PhenoAge algorithm.
02
See which of your six body systems are aging fastest, and exactly what is driving your number. No black box.
03
Simulate a change before you make it, then track whether it actually moved your biology on your next test.
Try the simulator
Drag the sliders on this sample profile and watch the projected age move. This is a simplified demo. Your real number uses the full PhenoAge model.

What the research shows
Two people the same age can be years apart biologically, and most never find out. In a 2021 randomized controlled trial (Fitzgerald et al., Aging, n=43, healthy men aged 50 to 72), eight weeks of diet and lifestyle changes lowered epigenetic age by 3.23 years relative to controls. The evidence base here is young, and we would rather show you the study size than hide it.

The reversal trial above is small, short, and measured a different clock than we use. We show you study sizes because the longevity field is full of numbers that do not survive contact with the source
Intelligence infrastructure
Platforms like Apple Health and InsideTracker give you diagnostics — they measure. Eumaia gives you intelligence infrastructure — it models, simulates, and longitudinally tracks how your biology responds to intervention over time.
Ask "what if I fix my sleep, lower my glucose, or add Zone 2?" and model how each change may influence your biological age estimate. A modelled scenario — showing how your PhenoAge estimate would change if specific biomarker values shifted as modelled. Not a prediction of personal outcome.
Try the simulator →Your estimated biological age — calculated from 9 validated blood biomarkers using the PhenoAge algorithm developed at Yale.
Research-informed recommendations drawn from the publicly available work of Levine, Patrick, San Millán, Bikman, and Huberman.
Heart, lung, skin, brain, and muscle ages — plus your overall biological age — tracked separately, so you know exactly where to focus.
See how your biological age compares to anonymized peers in your age cohort — ahead or behind.
Discover hidden daily exposures silently accelerating your biological age — from food to air to cookware.
ExploreThe honest question
Those platforms
Provide diagnostics — they measure what you are today
Show results but don't model what changes them
Are optimised for hardware, lab kits, or wearables
Can't simulate "what happens if I fix my CRP in 90 days?"
Eumaia
Provides intelligence — it models and simulates your aging trajectory
Runs your biomarkers through a digital twin and shows what moves them
Tracks intervention response longitudinally — did the protocol actually work?
Gets smarter as you add data — labs, wearables, genetics, habits
The short answer: they provide diagnostics. We provide intelligence infrastructure. Use them together.
