Eumaia is an educational wellness and health-tracking platform. It is not a medical device, a clinical diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional medical advice.
All biological age estimates, longevity risk assessments, intervention simulations, and AI-generated recommendations provided by the Platform are based on published population-level research. They are for educational and informational purposes only. Results vary by individual.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, medications, supplements, exercise routine, or any other health-related behaviour.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Eumaia. By using the Platform, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Eumaia uses passwordless ("magic link") authentication via your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
You may not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sunny@eumaia.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
When you enter health data (biomarkers, lifestyle information, genetic data, wearable data), that data is stored securely and used to provide you with the Platform's features. We do not sell your health data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.
You may delete all your data at any time from your Account Settings page.
Some features of Eumaia — including the AI Assistant, intervention protocols, genetic analysis, and monthly plans — use artificial intelligence (OpenAI's language models) to generate responses. These responses are synthesised from publicly available research and expert protocols. They are AI-generated and not reviewed by a medical professional. They do not constitute medical advice.
Eumaia references and synthesises the publicly available research, protocols, and published work of longevity researchers and practitioners (including David Sinclair, Andrew Huberman, Dave Asprey, Morgan Levine, and others). Eumaia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the individuals referenced on this Platform. All expert references are based on their publicly available and published work.
Eumaia is currently in beta. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We will give all beta users a minimum of 60 days' notice before introducing any paid plans.
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of calculations, or uninterrupted access during the beta period.

All content, design, code, and materials on Eumaia are the property of Eumaia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The PhenoAge biological age algorithm is based on the published research of Dr. Morgan Levine (Levine et al., 2018) and is used for educational purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eumaia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. Eumaia is not liable for any health decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
